ANALYTICAL EXPERTISE

Maria has significant experience in carrying out the necessary audits and agreements, in order to properly account for companies operating in different sectors, in issuing monthly obligations resulting from their compliance such as VAT, VIES, INTRASTAT, withholding tax returns, as well as in issuing monthly results. She has extensive knowledge in the taxation of individuals and legal entities according to the prescribed tax legislation, as well as in the tax treatment of profits and the calculation of dividends. Maria specializes in providing consulting services, tax planning, and drafting various tax scenarios.

She has also gained significant experience in the preparation of the yearly financial statements & drafting of minutes of the board of directors/general meeting of shareholders, while she has also dealt with opening & closing balance sheets in cases of business interruption or with opening balance sheets during the conversion of companies.

PRIOR POSTS AND POSITIONS

Prior to joining the Firm, Maria was employed for 6 years as a tax advisor in the tax audit & tax planning sector and in the client supervision sector, while previously she had also been employed in the accounting support sector of a consulting firm.

She had also been employed for 9 years as an accountant at a local Accounting Firm.
