The Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) issues guidelines and recommendations to Listed Companies towards compliance with the new Law 4706/2020 on Corporate Governance.

The HCMC guidance refers to the actions that Listed Companies should take in view of their upcoming General Meetings and the provisions of art. 1-24 of the Law entering into force on 17 July 2021.
