Integration of young people in the labor market – Two New Labor Grant Programs by the Greek Labor Organization for 11,500 new positions for unemployed people up to 29 years old.
- Unemployed Graduate Program for people aged between 22 to 29 years old, for 3,500 new positions in companies of the private sector. The duration of the program is 10 months, for each selected employee, and it includes a government subsidy of 75% of the payroll cost up to €750 per month.
- New Program for the employment of unemployed people between 18 to 29 years old, for 8,000 positions in companies of the private sector. The duration of the program is 12 months, and it can be extended up to 15 months for the long-term unemployed and the beneficiaries of the Minimum Guaranteed Income. Based on the duration of the program (12 or 15 months), the subsidy varies between 50% to 75% of the monthly payroll cost, and it can be 500€ or 750€ per month.
- A key parameter that makes the difference between this and any other similar past programs, is that there are not any commitments for employment of the selected employees, after the end of the 10 or 12 months period.
The costs for the statutory allowances (Easter, Holiday, Christmas) are included in the subsidies provided by the government

Ένταξη νέων στην αγορά εργασίας – Δύο Νέα Προγράμματα επιδότησης της εργασίας από τον ΟΑΕΔ για 11.500 νέες θέσεις για νέους ανέργους έως 29 ετών

- Πρόγραμμα Πτυχιούχων Ανέργων 22-29 ετών για 3.500 νέες θέσεις εργασίας σε επιχειρήσεις του ιδιωτικού τομέα – διάρκειας 10 μηνών -ύψος επιδότησης το 75% μισθολογικού και μη κόστους με ανώτατο όριο τα 750€.
- Νέο Πρόγραμμα Απασχόλησης Ανέργων 18-29 ετών το οποίο αναφέρεται σε όλες τις εκπαιδευτικές βαθμίδες κι αφορά 8.000 νέες θέσεις εργασίας σε επιχειρήσεις του ιδιωτικού τομέα. Η διάρκεια του προγράμματος είναι 12 μήνες, όμως αυξάνεται σε 15 μήνες για τους μακροχρόνια ανέργους και τους δικαιούχους του Ελάχιστου Εγγυημένου Εισοδήματος. Αντίστοιχα αυξάνεται κι η επιδότηση από το 50% στο 75% του μηνιαίου μισθολογικού και μη μισθολογικού κόστους και με ανώτατο όριο από τα 500 € στα 750 € μηνιαίως.
- Βασική παράμετρος διαφοροποίησης από άλλα προγράμματα είναι ότι δεν υπάρχουν δεσμεύσεις απασχόλησης μετά το τέλος των προγραμμάτων.
- Στο μισθολογικό και μη μισθολογικό κόστος συμπεριλαμβάνονται και τα αντίστοιχα δώρα Χριστουγέννων και Πάσχα και του επιδόματος αδείας.
