In the context of the recent amendment to the Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions Law, a Decree was issued by the Minister of Labor and Social Insurance on 19/12/2024.

According to the Decree, every Employer (Legal or Natural person) is required, during the period between 2/1/2025 – 28/2/2025, to register all their active employees in the ERGANI computerised system, also recording the basic terms of employment as provided by the relevant Law.

Among other things, in addition to the personal details of the employees, the place of work, the specialty/duties, the start date of employment, the remuneration, any allowances or other benefits (in detail), the working hours, and the days of weekly employment of each employee must be recorded.

To assist users during the registration process, relevant guiding information will be displayed in the System.

Additionally, it is noted that employers with a large number of employees can use excel and xml files.
